I had put that note in 11.2 when Mark Yetter tweeted Morde was getting buffed. I overlooked that it was minor.
Will be moved back to C tier especially if his winrate drops.

Pantheon will move up within tier but he feels outdueled by a lot of other top laners based on almost every game I've seen Panth top.
Fiora I mean like yea I guess I'll move her down to the A tier. Honestly haven't seen much play recently.

"Agreed, Cho has been a really strong pick. Seems to have been overlooked but I've also switched back to Top as my secondary this season due to the influence of JG, so I'm a little less familiar, but I know that Cho is really good right now.
