Posted a Comment: Dec 17th, 2020 "Riot is encouraging the AD/Bruiser build on Sett as opposed to the Tank build. In 10.16, Sett received base damage nerfs to his W and E (nerf to tank build mostly). In 10.18, Riot buffed Sett's bruiser build through a few changes namely increasing his AD scaling ratios. It's hard to say which one"

Build requires balance to get the most out of it, kind of how you don't want to build only Armor, but health as well, it's similar with AS and AD since they ki"
