"Good sustained damage guide. Fizz rapes with it. Maybe not as great early on, but his late game becomes very strong.
1) Tried this myself, works nice (with an exception of the fact that I didn't jungle)
2) Saw Saintvicious playing jungle Fizz and he had a very similar build quite successfully.
