"I didn't really catch the point... Is this supposed to be a solo top build for Kat or just an alternative AD build?
I think it was reasoned out many times why AD Kat with BT stacking isn't even nearly as effective as AP Kat. I still appreciate the alternative ways of playing a champ :)"

You're speaking full skillshot damage vs. one of the most mobile champs in he game. Also, have you ever seen what kind of damage LB's Q-R does to Ahri at level 6??
And if you're gonna build Ahri really tanky, you will have no damage and, in fact, LB would still partially accomplis"
