Btw, played roam LeBlanc with triple GP10 yesterday. Since we sucked at botlane, I figured that was quite an option.

Whenever I play Malz I use something like this.

Very in-depth and all the things are reasoned really well.
I agree that wealth is somewhat overrated (unless you're running a scrim games type of supp, then you really want 2 pinks, 3 greens to control the map completely) and so I agree that 0-9-21 is on"

Taric is great for his armor aura to compensate for Twitch's squishyness. That's for sure.
If you are saying low level, i'd suggest trying Nunu or Nidalee. That attack speed :D
+ Nida's spears and Nunu's iceballs can hurt like trucks.
