Probably a top lane champion rather then a jungler. I don't see the sustain ability for jungling. Her CC is also limited to a single slow. Not sure if that's enough for a jungler. "

Not true.
LB's passive stealth cannot be detected by any means whether it's vision ward/oracle's elixir, tower true sight or any sort of revealing ability like tempest / cripple.
