"Just picked up Zilean and have been having fun with it. Used this build, it works nicely although you do need to farm early for rylai's, which can be a problem with most solo queue players as they expect you to be supporting."

"Hmm, nicely done. I agree with most of it, although I really think Teemo should be bumped up to Tier 2, and Jax to tier 3. If you're a particularly good Jax player, perhaps even tier 2.
