Posted a Comment: Apr 14th, 2011 "I like to roll BT on a lot of hybrids (Jax, Akali, Katarina, ...) after my Hextech, Guinsoo's, and Rylai's because first, the extra attack damage scales well enough and the lifesteal can make the difference between Karthus ult kill-stealing and you waiting possibly over a minute to revive."

If I want to slow somebody that bad, I will just go get (or steal) red buff and save the item slot for something far more useful.
