"If you have a slow champion or one without an ability providing mobility, get MS. You still want a ton of early AD. Note that if you don't have ArPen against a select few champions (Taric/Soraka), you will deal much less damage though. Your masteries should be prepared for this either way."

"I never had any faith in him because I would consistently shit all over him with Skarner. I did try him in his free week a long time ago and found that his ability to tear down turrets is truly scary. He also has significant damage. His passive is just insurance for a carry. :P"
