"On-hit items need to have more utility than just an extra little bit of damage each hit, especially considering that it is a flat amount, easily decreased by MR. Therefore each on-hit item definitely has its uses, just not all together and not all on the same champions."

"And try your supports as damage dealers. Most of them can just accidentally help allies. Lulu is literally my favourite choice for this, ever. She can buff herself so much. It used to be Soraka before nerf. Now she can't sustain herself in Mid as she once could."

"I'm just saying I like to be prepared for those random people that like to start with MR. I also like being able to deal with those that have MR/level, being most melee champions. The boots I see more than anything else these days are Mercs and that gives more MR than Sorcs can penetrate."
