people will laugh at you and me for this:
Dr. Mundo
no. really. learn his early game, build him correctly, and HE IS UNSTOPPABLE
sure, people will ignite end game/early game/whenever. but here's the deal. he has a killer skillshot - literally and end game he will just kill everybody or get an assist with him. and also, he's cheap. good luck with him!

Some consider him to UP (Which he can be considered), but those that master him are a force to be reckoned with. Yeah, same it true with just about any champion, but TF is really difficult.
In my eyes there is only justice

and

Also, positioning yourself in fights, while auto attacking people, and keeping your mouse over your lock target feels awesome when you do it right. Again has an amazing, and game changing ult.
Both have high skill caps, are very game changing if played right, and are both very unique champions.

I must agree with the above statement by saying this...
If you manage to play
Urgot correctly, you have learned how to multi-task and it does feel great.
Oh, and once you learn how to use
Pantheon ult, predicting where people will go and completely turning around a game because of it, you have honestly acheived something.
EDIT:
Galio so pro.

Urgot definately. its hard to learn to play him so your team has the best advantage. early game hes an ad carry but a good urgot player realizes the time when he has to start initiating and worrying less about dmg becuase urgot falls off late game. kassadin as well. kassidin is allll about the timing. u port in at the wrong time ur dead. u time it right their carries are dead.
