And the boots of swiftness are decent as i stated but the tenacity is just too good in the late game to turn away from mercury's treads as they will save you from eternal cc lock."

I would advise either going 21/0/9 to get extra movement speed and buff duration or 21/9/0 for added tankyness. F"
