"Until Chalice is fixed, it's probably wise to abuse its mana regen by building it earlier, yeah. Though I prefer getting it right after Rylais instead of after Guise."

"Hey, good question! It's both!
Every completed item gives a static power spike increase. Kog gets just a bit stronger with each item. Every rank up of the ult is a 2x power spike multiplier, making them the primary goals over even items."
