"Keen eye, Akuma! I actually noticed the 40% extra CDR when I made the build example. I had considered making two final build examples, but the screen got kind of cluttered. So since this build was the first thing people see when they hover the guide, I cared more for representing the most "all-"

"Apologies, I should have been more clear. I specifically meant "clear speed of the dragon and baron". You are correct that late game, you clear camps by walking past them.
