"Thanks! I actually tried Exhaust for a while, but found that because of how absurdly squishy Vel'koz is, the Exhaust tended not to make a difference in my overall survivability. Kind of a "If I was in a place to need Exhaust, there was enough overkill to finish me off anyway" kind of deal."

"Not much a fan of it. It slows down an already-slow build and raw AP isn't even a great stat for AP Kog. Would rather continue building up to the more magic-pen oriented choices instead. "

"Fortunately after I redid the math, it seems that amplifying the base damage with Liandries and magic pen is still better overall. This is mostly because the base damage still vastly overshadows the AP scaling."
