"Death's Dance will deal more raw damage than Hextech so it's probably the better choice in lane.
While AD Malz is no longer as mana hungry top lane, they do still lose out on their stronger strength of objective control. It feels like other split pushes, or even AP Malz, would be able to lane bul"
