I don't recommend you build it on your adc's, even draven or ezreal. While the pros will have their reasons for it, you'll do better with bloodthirsters or infinity edges. It's just viable because...

Mostly because teemo's usually don't know how to play teemo properly, and just play him for the heck of it. Teemo's need to set-up their shrooms around baron/dragon and get objectives simply...

"Wrong. Boots of swiftness is the best choice on udyr unless you really need the merc treads/ninja tabi to counter the enemy team. Swiftness is pretty op, hence the nerf coming soon ."
