Posted a Comment: Aug 31st, 2013 "Skill build is just horrible. Stun at level 4? Masteries spent in offense tree are wasted (not a big deal tho). Builds are very inconcise and the example build is 100% terrible. Recommends practically ALL items and doesn't actually give the good ones, no saving this guide it's pretty much trash. "

If you WANT to run the hybrid penetration marks then you should probably take attack speed quints. The damage from hybrid penetration isn't worth the clear time by sacrificing attack speed marks."
