"that shaco nerf was definitely not nessecary .. he falls off already without getting fed early game, and early ganks are the only thing he has for him at the moment .. I don't mind the e nerf THAT much, but the deceive range hurts so much "

the problem with a tier list is that there will definitely be people who disagree and downvote for stupid reasons. I've had enough experience with that already. also, that list is alphabetical and I want it to be used for something in the future. (for readers convinience)
