"You aren't going to have mana problems unless you spam Flay. Supports shouldn't even start with mana regen items anyway. They have Meditation and can start with 1-3 mana pots."

"PBE means nothing though. The people who play on PBE are like level 10 on live servers and get on PBE for the free champs/runes/etc. They aren't skilled players, and testing things against/with them does very little. People leave all of the time too if one thing doesn't go their way."
