Posted a Comment: "I Tried this build adjusting to the situation (getting armor penetration against tanks basicly) the only thing i changed was the Heal skill. it makes the early game a bit hard if you dont have a healer support like sona, soraka or nami, but replacing Heal for TP was the best. First of, think of you "
