As ad take 1 point early and try to not forget that you have the skill (<-my problem).
At some point the enemy ad will engage into a full fledged exchange with you. This is when you bust it out. Jump in pop a q and a w and proceed to auto attack and spam your q. "

"I think its mainly the intelligence mastery (+6% cdr) coupled with the cdr mastery you take in order to get mpen you reach 9 or 10% cdr from masteries alone.
Which helps a lot on an AP carry that doesn't use mana."
