"VS Rumble: Just wait for him to use his flamethrower and IMMEDIATELY attack him as he finishes the move to take advantage of the cooldown. Do a bunch of dmg and juke away when his flame comes off cd.
If he wont use his flamethrower and just last hits, bait it out of him.
