I know its said that Trundle and Cho'Gath counter Yorick, but seriously, no jokes, is their any way to win him in lane? I don't really count outsustaining him as winning, since...

"If you position his ultimate right, he's very viable. If you cannot, don't play him. Pick an adc that can afford a few little mistakes, and has positioning skills like Ezreal or Vayne."

"Ahri for mobility and utility. Brand for bursting and AoE (and DoT) damage. Other if you feel like neither of the above things are for you."

"Bruisers were created to have the job of shutting down the attack damage carry, even under some focus. They got buffed so they could pull this off, because previously, some attack damage carries with items could win a 1vs1 with a bruiser, which is just sad."

"Try to have runes/masteries set up for at least 2 roles like you mentioned, but be prepared to perhaps take other roles. Jungling is a good way to escape elo hell, since you influence the lanes and your team more than any other single person."
