"Base champion attack speed is usually high enough to get the minions you need under the tower. AD, especially on a champion like MF because of her caster nature, is more important."

Doesn't seem like much of a nerf. I guess it adds up over the course of the whole game, but in a given engagement, especially if you have to change targets at all, meaningless."

"As for maxing W, it can be good. But people who need to know how to play MF probably aren't skilled enough to use it properly. I would suggest leaving the skilling order to show Q max, but mention W max in the text if you want."

"If the teams decide they'd like to "elect" or choose someone to make calls, they're free to. People in the past have said that forcing the point though would remove the "fun" from the inhouses. If the players on a given team are ok with it, go for it. But we cannot make it a rule"
