The next CV (~30 seconds)i use to CV their blue/wolves to make sure they are there. If he is at blue the next CV is for w.e you want to use it on, you can hold it or us"

Posted a Comment: "Definitely should increase starfall range or rework the ability to taht it can hit a zone of targets in a circle, medium-big sized circle. Soraka wont turn into a dps or damage based champ without a change to starfalls range + base stats are awful and her damage output isnt too high"
