He's a strong laner, but not impossible to beat. (Stupidest mistake is running away when he bombs you. If he has a good lane partner, you're screwed. lol)
His damage tapers downward late game, but his passive makes him reach his mid game fairly quickly.
His Ultimate is a BURST heal.
It is not related to sustain, and therefore, no changes are needed. And no, 1500+ heal once a minute, with the conditional requirement of DEATH, is 100% balanced and no broken in anyway what so ever.

So guys. How bout them changes? Has anyone else played some support other than me?
Personally, I love the Sona change. Overall buff imo. With just Aegis for armor at level 18, 140 AR on cast of
Aria of Perseverance. 109 MR at any level past 9 if you prioritize it. That's a pretty beefy support with just a single item. If you throw in Shurelia's Reverie and Ionian Boots of Lucidity and 9/0/21 masteries you've also got ~71% uptime on it.
Haven't played around with other supports yet since Sona is kinda my favorite. >.>

I haven't played a support, never have actually, but I have played Nid and I've gotta say the nerf to her heal didn't actually hurt me that much, the mana cost though, that is a huge issue.

Played a game with the new Soraka... It did not go well. My regular heal healed more than my ult and on a shorter CD, my Starcall didn't push lanes enough when my laning partner went back, I kept forgetting to mana buff a partner instead of myself. It was terrible.

If u ult ur carry shortly before the fight begins, u have it up at the end of the fight again so u can ult another one
With Rewind he has it up like every 37 seconds.
180*0,6=108(Ultimate cooldown)
6*0,6=3,6(Rewind)
Rewind reduces cd by 10
so 10/3,6=2,777777778 less CD per second.
108/2,777777778=38,88 cooldown on his ultimate
