Posted a Comment: May 10th, 2012 "That is one of the items that has some decent usage on Riven with CDR. It improves the mileage out of BT, while also giving HP, MR, and CDR. Not a terrible item, and at least one that you get full effectiveness out of. Renekton makes better use out of it because he has a lot of built in HP gain "
