If he's just wrecking you and you can't seem to land Ki Burst effectively, then it's probably worth it to pump Valor first, especially if your jungler isn't coming around to help you. His Q is usually pretty easy to dodge, and while he can run through units with his little dash, you can still stun him during it. Hexdrinker is wonderful here, merc treads are a must (pick them up kinda early), and murder him once"
