Maybe, but you don't really build AP for Sivir the same way that you don't really build AD for Akali. A vast majority of their damage comes from one source. Not saying it's worthless, but I think you get the idea.

"Sivir's spell shield does block effects like Mark of the Assassin and things like that. It just says "No".
I'd love to see her Boomerang Blade have slow on it, but... that might be pushing it."
