"Elise is retardedly strong so much poke and her rappel allows for free tower diving. She isnt good mid because she doesnt win burst fights, she likes top because it's more sustained trades which her kit is built around."

"I mained her top for a lot of season 2.
Pros
-Fast wave clear
-Strong damage level 2 (free kill usually)
- Free stats at 6
-Good escapes
-Strong Lategame
Cons
-No sustain
-Easily kited (Weak to ranged people in lane)
-No CC (Doesn't receive ganks well)

All things on the PBE are in test and are possible to be changed. Riot has already altered the mastery pages a few times on the PBE, and it would be annoying to have to code it in if it would just...
