"No price/builds intos. As an item the stats are pretty weak and the effect would not really be useful once people went back and bought. So I would go with no."

"I honestly think having "tier runes" in the first place wasn't that smart. I understand riot did it to help newer players be able to compete on a low IP budget, but they are pretty much useless."

If you want a Skillorder/Build I would look up Niko44. He plays primarily Karma top lane in Diamond I"

"I run it on jayce and some of the other champs I play top. It scales better than AD and as long as you are last hitting properly in lane actually keeps you decently healthy. They are better than other Quints if you champion autos alot for damage."
