conqueror could definitely work but there are many situations where it is outclassed.
For example, warwick and udyr would prefer press the attack in ganks. Both champions easily...

"I'll see how Rakan is as players get used to the patch. I think his ban rate is only above average and tends to under-perform early game unless paired with Xayah. If this was a diamond-exclusive tier list he'd be around A or B tier. "
