"I love tanks. and I think Leona has real potential, but one question for you. Why not use Rylai's Crystal Scepter? I've tried it, and it combines really well with all her abilities, especially slowing them when you zenith blade into them, or for the solar flare. I've seen a lot of people use Frozen"
