I noticed you start with Regrowth Pendant, and that's fine, but I think you'd benefit from Vigor in your masteries rather than Resistance.

"If I may point out a couple of small things :)
You put a point in Summoner's Wrath, yet you take Flash/Smite, both of which get no benefit from the master. My suggestion to fix this is to actually switch Flash for Exhaust instead of switching around your masteries.
