Posted a Comment: "215% additional attack speed is somewhat excessive considering that atkspd caps at 2.5atks/sec. You could probably slacken a bit on the atkspd and put more into armorpen or even flat out damage.PD should probbly be replaced with a black cleaver."

Posted a Comment: "i was just thinking...since vayne is a pretty slow attacker early game, you could solve that with attack speed runes...so like...9 x marks of alacrity and 3 x quints of alacrity. in total, that adds almost 25% more a.s. which is much much more beneficial late game than 25 armor pen. the attack speed"
