"The title is a little bit misleading, as it's more a focus on Soraka then on support in general, and sometimes the reading is a little unstructured, but it is a good start and should give people totally new to supporting a brief overview of what the role is about."

I rather level his burning agony first to utilize his crazy jungle speed. Maybe try maxing his W first to see the difference in playstyle.

"I played her quite a few times as jungler, but her abilities are so weak, even with blue u run oom easily etc...
You have to be very focussed to play her effectivley and if I had to choose between twitch and eve, I'd choose Twitch right now.
