"I don't agree with the mastery tree (mainly the two points in indomitable), and the items could be moved around or you could work a trinity force in there immediately or some gold per 5 items at the start. Other then that it looks good.

"Lulu is much more suited for bottom lane because she can succeed without the farm. If you made her jungle she would drop off very soon after level 6, not to mention she'd need blue buff big time, and taking red buff from your AD carry as Lulu... It just has fail written all over it."
