"Gameplay is mostly the same. Biggest changes are I max Q all the way now and always build Shurelya never moonstone. Your shield gives much less ms now so you need to be more careful of positioning."

"You can take different runes if you like. Scaling runes like Transcendence and Gathering Storm might work better in lower elos. Your gameplay matters more than runes. Make sure you are still trying to pressure early for a gold/exp lead."
