Have any of you seen an Annie that takes Clarity? Because I have, and it makes me mad.

But anyway, is Annie as faceroll as I think she is? Personally I love playing Annie because she is just so blatantly powerful and just lanes until she feels that you can pick up a kill with your combo seeing as her Disintegrate makes last hitting and mana a joke.
