Posted a Comment: "Nice first guide, mine looks alot like this and im looking to improve it. The issue with a lvl 1 Power Transfer is that a high damage attack like Graves' Buckshot or simply a nuke from Lee Sin makes the shield not too effective. Viktor does get decent armor as he levels up, but just try to keep them"
