Posted a Comment: Apr 5th, 2011 "imo it was very unfair if you used it in lane, full heal in a matter of seconds and it was extremly cheap. I still think it will be one of the best items though, the extra lifesteal is pretty good, would be nice to bump the AD if they make the pricing a lot higher."
