"imo it was very unfair if you used it in lane, full heal in a matter of seconds and it was extremly cheap. I still think it will be one of the best items though, the extra lifesteal is pretty good, would be nice to bump the AD if they make the pricing a lot higher."

"wits end will do 42 bonus dmg, ripping mana off is a bonus, having wit end and a high atk speed and going againt sum1 with a low mana pool like shaco will destroy him not allowing him to invis out due to having no mana.
