For most champions in most circumstances yes. Almost all? Nope. Quite a number who can use ghost to great effect. Tryndamere + Ult + Spinning Slash + Ghost = Uncatchable Tryn.

"Applying what you said in your reviews. Will be a few days before the guide is updated - thinking of how to break down something that comes naturally now (Kind of wish I did that Skills Acquisition course at Uni) is pretty hard. Hopefully have it published before my trip to Brisbane."

Spells: Really no need to do Flash twice. Just go through the viable ones saying why these are good which one you recommend for newbies which ones "
