Posted a Comment: May 17th, 2013 "I see this as a major change, adding much needed consistency to her passive. The old passive sucked because it would constantly reset after every auto attack. Now it will charge while you lane making it consistent, even if very slow. I see your point, they back off and force you to 'waste' it but"

Now she can charge her passive while CSing, her laning phase will be stronger because of its consistency, and the reset scales with crit chance. It makes AD marks even more viable on Ashe and has synergy with Frost Shot + Volley harassment. Higher crit"
