Posted a Comment: Nov 8th, 2013 "Maokai clears too slowly to be effective right now. I think his problems will only get WORSE once season 4 starts. More emphasis will be put on farming and his clear isn't going to be improved much by the new items. I see him being even worse than he is now!"

You just need to be better about figuring out how much damage you can take and playing faster. If you can micro having being less tanky early its well worth the increase"
