Another problem right off the bat that I see is you are building a very late Sunfire Cape. Its like your 4th or 5th item. Sunfire Cape I an Early/Mid item, it doesn't really give you a lot of bang for your buck Late g"

Atma's Impaler is a shit tier item and so is Frozen Mallet. Try a Sunfire Cape instead. Also if you start Ruby crystal on ANYONE ever you should be reported. Doran"
