It may look all cool with it huge range, and ability to hit multiple targets, but maxing e or w first is just so much more useful when 1v1 someone. Sure his regular attacks will be frikin godly, but it still better to stack health, and attack damage on him. Also 11/0/19 is now where near as effective as 9/0/21. Why not add 2 in utility for "
