You can only use your skills to farm if you have blue or have 2k+ mana which isn't until late game. At level 6 without blue buff using my ult and q combo to farm 2 times within 20 seconds depletes my"

Compare that with lets say Annie 4 sec on q, 8 sec on w, and 30 sec on e. Sure Annie has a long cooldown on e but its a shield that lasts 15 seconds, which "

Cass harass is basically spam q at enemy. Her e has a decent range, lower than her other skills, but not as low has her auto attack range, so she should be safe from ranged ad"
