"The problem with AP is that it's too expensive for what it does. If you want to play normals than take AP since it's usually more fun to play.
Also, you lack CDR. I suggest getting morello's instead of frozen heart. Frozen heart won't be needed in your build if you have a rod of ages and banshee"
